Company Policies
- The client must reschedule at least 48 hours before their appointment time to avoid forfeiting their deposit.
- The client must make a deposit payment or provide a voucher/gift certificate to confirm their appointment time.
- The client must arrive 15 minutes early to avoid traffic. A late grace period of up to 10 minutes will be allowed for any service to avoid cancellation.
- The client will not be eligible for a refund of a product, an active payment plan, or if a service has already been completed.
